Students on flights to and from Heathrow between 9am to 7pm for arrival and 10am to 8pm for departure will be automatically added to our Heathrow Shuttle service.
We will group students with similar flights in the same transfer, we will have 3 services available during the day and the times will be adjusted according to the flight times of the day.
Students will be placed in the most suitable shuttle and supervised by Kings staff while waiting.
Arrivals/Departures for Kings Bournemouth and Downe House are on Sundays.
Arrivals/Departures are on a Wednesday for Bath, Southbank, University of London and Ascot.
2 or 3 pax transfer price – please contact younglearners@kingseducation.com should you be travelling with siblings/friends together and require a shared transfer price. Subject to availability.
Prices include Meet and Greet on arrival and check-in on departure.
Please note unaccompanied minors will be charged the following for “check-in and wait” services: £95 in UK centres, $275 in all US Centers.
If opting for homestay, students aged under 16 years old may book a maximum 3-week stay on Experience Bournemouth or Experience London.
Students who are dropped off at centre by parents/ guardians should arrive between 3pm and 6pm and should be picked up between 9am and 11am.
Students studying in South Bank University, University of London, and Experience London will each need to independently pre-purchase an Oyster Card on the TFL website or use a contactless method of payment via a debit or credit card in order to travel on the London underground and buses.
