This course is designed for teenagers who are looking to get a taste of life as a student in the UK.

The academic focus allows students to try a range of subjects including Sciences, Humanities and Maths alongside English studies.

It is an ideal option for students who are considering further study in the UK in future years and as a pre-sessional programme for students commencing studies that academic year.

Academic course content

This pre-university course offers a combination of English lessons, IELTS preparation and academic subjects taught in English (Science, Maths, History, Geography and Business).

The course provides insight into academic studies in the UK with students being taught by our A-level and Foundation academic teachers. Students are also able to get professional guidance on university options through the sessions offered with our UCAS counsellors.

Students will gain knowledge and develop study skills and strategies to ensure they make the most of their time and experience both inside and outside the classroom.

27 hours of lessions per week in total, of English, IELTS preparation and academic subjects. Includes 12 hours per week of academic taster sessions in a range of subjects.
