Full admission
If the student has an official English test score satisfying the minimum required score, a full Letter of Admission (LOA) will be requested for the student to start the KPU GO: Program.

Conditional admission
If the student does not have any official English test score or a score below the minimum required score, a Conditional Letter of Admission (CLA) will be requested. The student will then complete the Kings GO: Prepared program before starting academic studies on one of the GO: Programs.

Application process
1. The agent or student submits the complete Kings Application documents to Kings USA Admissions.
Application Document Checklist:
- Completed and signed Kings Application Form
- Payment of Registration Fee
- Proof of English level
- official test for full admission
- the online Kings test for conditional admission (online test access for agents, for students).
- Copies of all High School Transcripts and Diploma if received (see country specific requirements for details)
- Explanation of any gaps in study for more than 6 months
- Certified translations required if documents are not in English
- Optional Personal Statement and Academic Letter of Recommendation (required for borderline students)
- Copy of Passport
2. Kings USA Admissions sends confirmation of receipt and begins reviewing the application with the host university partner.
3. If the student is admitted, a Letter of Admission (LOA) or Conditional Letter of Admission (CLA) is issued by the host university partner along with Kings documentation.
4. To accept the offer, the agent or student will submit the required forms and deposit to Kings Admissions.
5. The I-20 is issued and sent directly to the student. The student can then follow the consulate’s instructions regarding the F-1 student visa application process.
6. Instructions will be sent by Kings Admissions for the documents needed before the student's first day (immunization records, housing application and orientation form depending on location). Students must bring original certified copies of transcripts and diploma to school. We recommend 5 copies for future transfer application use.
7. Student or agent provides the student's flight details.
Full fees of the GO: Prepared program invoice will be due 30 days prior to the start date.
