The Transfer Contract

The UW–Madison Transfer Contract guarantees entry upon meeting certain requirements, including:

• Enroll as a freshman at your KPU program at UW–Stout
• Meet the minimum requirements for admission to UW–Madison.
• Earn a 3.0 GPA in the transfer course work as determined by UW–Madison computation. The GPA for transfer is computed in accordance with UW–Madison’s grading practices (all grades for failed and repeated courses are included in the computation). Transfer students must meet the same criteria for admission to specific majors and programs as continuing students. Some majors require higher levels of academic achievement than those required for admission to the university and some programs have credit limits.
• Meet the minimum requirements for admission to UW-Madison.
• Complete and submit the regular application for transfer admission to UW–Madison according to the schedule specified for the planned term of entry to UW-Madison.

Clubs and sports

There are over 30 clubs and societies on campus.
These include performing arts ensembles, academic and pre-professional societies, campus media, as well as cultural and community awareness groups.

UW–Fox Valley is a member of the Wisconsin Collegiate Conference (WCC). There are free intramural sports and free use of the on-campus fitness center.
