Discoverfest, a two-day event for student organizations, is held every semester for students to learn about engagement opportunities on campus.
CSUF has a state-of-the-art Student Recreation Center with workout rooms, indoor track, rock-climbing wall, swimming pool, etc.
Students can participate in various indoor and outdoor sports activities through intramural leagues as well as activities classes.
Los Angeles is home to many professional sports teams.
