About St.George's, University of London
Established in 1733 and initially based on Hyde Park Corner, St. George's University of London has a long history of excellence in the Medical Sciences.
St George's has recently merged with City, University of London to become a powerful multi-faculty institution and one of the largest suppliers of the health workforce in the capital. City St George’s, University of London came into being on 1 August 2024 and comprises the activities previously undertaken by both universities. The full external launch of the new university will take place in March 2025.
City St George’s campuses are spread across London in Clerkenwell, Moorgate and Tooting, where it shares a clinical environment with a major London teaching hospital.

For the MBBS at St.George's, students will need to complete two years of A-levels with us.

For degrees in Allied Health Sciences (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Diagnostic Radiotherapy and Radiotherapy & Oncology)*:
- Academic: Advanced Level Foundation with a minimum of 60% overall including at least one Science; A-levels with grades BBB, including one science.
- English: no need for IELTS if our CSS module is passed with overall 70% and at least 70%
in writing and 65% in
other 3 components
