The International High School Programme is for students aged 15 – 17 who want to experience a
British academic curriculum within an international high school.
Flexible programmes
If you are 15 to 17 you will study GCSEs.
If you are 16 or 17 you can study A-levels or Extended Foundation.
Choose from 1, 2 or 3 terms.

You can sit official GCSE exams on this programme.

Highly qualified teachers

Very small classes
There are only 4 to 10 students per class at Kings.

You can also prepare for your GCSE exams in a range of subjects, depending on your academic level and the length of your programme.

The Academic Enrichment Programme helps you become a well-rounded, culturally adjusted student who can go on to thrive in whatever academic route you take.
It includes creative arts, physical education, and PSHE (Personal, Social and Health Education) to develop personal and social skills.

Specialist mentoring and support
Our specialist support team ensures every student develops and grows — academically, personally and socially.
You'll have a weekly meeting with your personal tutor. We'll work on your individual learning plan with outcomes based on your abilities and goals.

Guardianship
If you are an international student under 16 you must have a UK-based guardian when you come to study in the UK.
Kings uses the services of specialist guardianship organisations. They provide a comprehensive and personal service including:
- Pre-arrival pack and help with all pre-departure documentation
- Meeting on arrival
- Regular personal contact
- Support in practical, emotional and health matters
- 24-hour telephone contact service
- Specialist homestay provision
- Regular contact with parents on request
