Kings is partnered with St George’s University, Medical School, to offer a unique pathway to this independent Medical School.
Founded as an independent School of Medicine in 1976, St. George's University enjoys an outstanding reputation among international medical schools and is #1 provider of doctors in the US. Each year it welcomes students from over 140 countries to its campuses in the UK, Grenada, and India, who then complete their clinical rotations in its 70+ affiliated hospitals in the US and UK in the last two years of their MD program.
Through the partnership with Northumbria University, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, SGU offers the choice of studying in either Grenada or the UK. Two-year clinical placements are available in Grenada, the UK or the USA.

Medical Academic Communication (MAC) consists of 1 hour of language/communication support per week. Offered in both Grenada and Northumbria University.
No additional tuition charged.
English for Medicine Program (EMP) adds one additional term to bring the student’s English level up to equivalent of IELTS 7.0 in all bands.
Additional tuition = $3,500 (total).
This Program is currently only offered on the Grenada campus
You will follow the specialist Kings Advanced Level Foundation. This is based on A-level and taught by A-level teachers.
You will study Biology, Chemistry and either Physics or Maths. Very strong students may also opt to do Further Maths.
You will study Biology and Chemistry at A-level, as well as either Maths or Physics.
After successfully completing your course at Kings you will have the opportunity to apply for the St George's University medical course (MBChB).
