Our Degree Pathway Programmes have been especially designed for international students.

They are based on A-levels and combine academic subject modules in your chosen area, English language development and study skills to ensure you are ready for degree-level study.

Because they were developed specifically for international students, they are not culturally or linguistically bound and are therefore more 'accessible' and enable students to develop and demonstrate their knowledge and skills.

Theses programmes are ideal for you if:

1. You have completed high school at home and need to prepare for UK university entry.

2. You are transferring between twelve and thirteen year education systems.

3. You need additional English language skills to reach the required level at university.

4. You would like to boost your grades for direct entry to your preferred university.

5. You want the support of a “bridge” programme between finishing your high school at home and joining a UK university or internationally.

Based on A-levels

The Degree Pathway Programme is rigorous and demanding because it compresses a 2-year A-level into one intensive year.

Programme content is tailored specifically to the needs of international — rather than UK — students.

A-level quality

The one-year Kings Degree Pathway Programme is based on A-level syllabuses, assessed against A-levels and taught by A-level teachers, many of whom hold a PhD or equivalent.

Typical university offers are based on their normal university A-level offers.
