Chihae Lee came to Kings in 2015 with a Master's in Teaching from Montclair State University and a BA in History from Douglass College at Rutgers University.
Previous to her role as Campus Support Coordinator at Kings New Jersey, she spent four years working in residence life — first at EF where she also taught English, and then at Felician College where she held the title of Assistant Director of Residence Life for International Students. Following her time at Felician, Chihae worked for two years in the Newark Public School System as a Middle School Special Education Teacher.
Her combined experience in instruction, residence life, and student services makes her uniquely qualified to take on the role of Center Manager at Kings at UW–Fox Valley.
"As ESL Instructor with Kings at UW–Fox Valley, I love seeing students make breakthroughs with challenging material. It's very rewarding to see students grasp concepts that they may have struggled with initially, and see them grow in confidence to make further progress.
I started with Kings in June 2018. Previously, I was teaching English and Communication Skills at Milwaukee Area Technical College.
I love the fact that there is so much to do in this area without having to deal with the hassles of a big city. I'm a big fan of the Brewers, so I especially look forward to catching some minor league Timber Rattlers games."
"I'm an English Instructor, and I most like interacting with the students and listening to what they have to say during discussions.
I started working at Kings at UW–Fox Valley in June 2018. Before Kings I worked as an English Language Assistant at a high school in Dijon, France — I grew up here in Wisconsin."
