One of my favourites drinks in the world is coffee, before I came here I have had done a research about the coffee shops around Oxford, here are my recommendations.
Colombian Coffee at the Covered Market
This coffee shop was one of the first that I tried, when you get in the place you would notice the smell and good quality of the coffee.
My favourite: flat white.
Society Café
I like this place because I found it with Marie my friend from Berlin and we spent a great time there knowing us each other also is a place for office work, you can notice that almost all the people inside society café are working in their computers. I would recommend you the cappuccino, flat white and ginger tea.
Handle Bar
I love this place because it’s just around the corner from my school. The decoration of the place makes me feel in a very relaxed moment, a lot of youth and great music.
The one and only flat white is amazing and if you are with hurry, Americano coffee is perfect for you but there’s not only coffee, try with the delicious desserts, you would find a lot of choices.
Art Café, Oxford city centre
I love this place because the interior is amazing, you could find different paintings from different artists.
My favourite: Americano and flat white.
Grand Café
This place is gorgeous, I went there with María my friend from Venezuela after a long run, we were starving and we stoped in the city centre, gran café was just in front of us and we decide to had lunch there. Try with the English breakfast and salmon toast and don’t forget to drink a delicious latte.
The Missing Bean
Perfect for taking away coffee, everything is amazing, the taste, quality, staff, if you want you could buy a bag of coffee for home and make coffee by yourself.
My favourite: flat white, latte and Americano.
There is a huge selection of coffee shops in Oxford, walking around the city works to find the perfect place for you. This places are specials to me for different reason and I will always treasure my memories with the people and the smell of coffee.
