Visiting London's top attractions

Advanced Level Foundation student Viktorija reports back on a recent trip into Central London to see some of the city's most popular attractions.

Over the last week my friends and I visited some of London attractions; the London Eye, Madame Tussauds museum and the London Dungeon.

We were amazed by the beauty we saw from the London Eye. I am personally really afraid of heights, but the sight we had from the top was breath-taking. You could see the whole of London and how big and beautiful it really is!

The next sight was Madame Tussauds museum, and I can firmly say that that was one of the best, if not the best, museum I have ever been to. It’s a museum of waxwork celebrities — and they’re real-life sizes!

But that is not all it is, it gives you a ride through London’s history. Inside of the museum you get in a little boat and go back to the 1500’s and see the evolution up until today.

Our last stop was the London Dungeon. That attraction also gave us a ride through the London’s past but… in a scarier way that ends up in a free fall! I highly recommend visiting those attractions if you are ever visiting London

And if there is any hesitation about coming to London for a visit or to live and create a life for yourself, all I can say from my experience is…

"London is a one-of-a-kind city. There isn’t a city in this world that can measure up to London, to its beauty, experiences, and life lessons."
