Kings students raise awareness for Mental Health Awareness Week

It was recently Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK and our schools put on multiple activities for students to get involved with and raise awareness.

The theme for this year was ‘loneliness’ - the experience of feeling lonely, its effect on our mental health and how we can play a part in reducing loneliness in our communities.

Kings Oxford hosted a 'Coffee and Catch Up’ morning with Local Content Producer, Cordelia:

Kings Bournemouth took part in the Mental Health Foundation's 'Wear it Green' day:

At Kings, we take mental health issues extremely seriously. There is provision at every college for services to provide practical support and advice.

If you are a student at one of our schools and are experiencing loneliness, our pastoral team are on hand for support.
