Fundraising for UWS in Wisconsin with personalized line drawings
Kings Wisconsin have been fundraising for UWS (United World School) since 2018. We have been raising funds by selling snacks in the Kings office, organizing coffee Monday sales, or organizing different events for Valentine or other events. Selling snacks at the Kings office continues to date, we are also in a unique situation where not all the students are on campus to patriciate in the fundraising so, we are taking a different approach to fundraise for UWS.
This semester, Jisoo Han from South Korea is the new UWS Student Ambassador. Jisoo is her 2nd semester and is taking classes from S. Korea. She has been working with Tirtha [Campus Support/Housing Coordinator] on different fund-raising ideas to get everyone involved in the fundraising.
Jisoo is interested in Line Drawing, which has been popular nowadays. She says “I started line drawing because I could look at the picture again and the remember the situation. It is a simple picture, but whenever my friends received it, they liked and thanked me. So, I planned to draw line drawing to raise money for UWS.”
How can you request your personalized line drawing from Jisoo? Before sending a photo, please check:
- Selfies do not look good when they are painted
- It is easy to draw clear pictures.
- Send a picture of the upper body or the full body.
- If you have any color or background color of the line you want, please let Jisoo know.
- Let Jisoo know you would like phrases to be included in the drawing.

- Line drawing + Color - $2
- 3 or more people Line: $1 each per person
- 3 or more people Line + color: $1 each per person + $2 for color

When you receive the drawing file, you can use it to produce various goods such as cups, tumblers, and cell phone cases and many more. You can use it to make your own good memoirs and give it as gifts to friends and family.
