Art and design students make a difference

At Kings, we believe that creativity has the power to inspire, connect, and make a difference. Recently, our talented Art and Design students showcased their artistic skills while giving back to the community through an art sale.

The event was a resounding success, with students displaying their beautifully crafted handmade products. Through their dedication and creativity, they managed to raise over £50 in support of two incredible charities: Toutes à l'école, a French organisation dedicated to providing education for girls, and the RSPCA, which works tirelessly to protect and care for animals in need.

A huge thank you goes out to their dedicated teachers Sara, Jean, and David, who guided and supported them throughout the process. Special recognition also goes to the fantastic organisers Fuku, Yuhi, and Cleo, whose efforts were instrumental in bringing the event to life. And, of course, a big shoutout to Livie for helping out on the day of the sale.

Beyond the organisers, this event was a true team effort, with many Art and Design students contributing their creativity and passion to make it a success. Their handmade pieces not only demonstrated their artistic talent but also reflected their commitment to meaningful causes.
