As summer 2024 comes to a close, Kings Young Learners reflect on a season that whizzed by with remarkable success!
It's time to throw the spotlight on the standout moments that made this summer not just another chapter in our history, but a celebration of growth, joy, and community.
In Bath, our students and staff enjoyed taking part in engaging trends on Instagram.
Newbury Downe House saw its first summer in a magnificent new setting which was incredibly appreciated by scores of students who were glad to earn their certificates of completion.
Ascot St. Mary’s, delivered excellence in all aspects of the programmes offered which included our Leaders of Tomorrow course.
Some of our most iconic memories at the Southbank Centre come from the Westminster Walking Tour, where students experience famous sights like Nelson’s Column, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace on their very first day. Another highlight of our Discover London programme this summer took place in Hastings, where students visited the British Tea Museum. They sampled a variety of teas and learned the traditional way to make a cream tea, with cream before the jam!
Sometimes, it’s the simple moments that make the biggest impact. Our AUB students had a quintessentially British experience during their trip to Swanage, enjoying fish and chips by the seafront while fending off seagulls—an unforgettable part of their adventure!
In the US, one of the most iconic experiences is the evening beach trip in Malibu, where students enjoy a stunning sunset over the Pacific Ocean with their feet in the sand, surrounded by new friends from around the world. Meanwhile, no trip to New York is complete without a visit to the Statue of Liberty, offering our students a memorable chance to get up close to this American icon.
We thank all the students and parents that chose us, the agents that work alongside us, and our Kings staff and managers without whom all of this would be impossible!
Stay tuned for summer 2025, lots of exciting news coming your way!
