Our story

Kings Brighton was opened in 2017.

We are part of a group of independent colleges in the UK, Kings Colleges, founded in 1957 by Frederick King.

Following the destruction of World War II, King wanted to bring people together through the teaching and learning of the English language.

In the past 67 years, King’s initial vision of bringing people together through education has flourished and expanded and Kings today delivers a wide range of programmes to international and local students.

Kings Brighton is very exciting because it is the most contemporary materialisation of well-tested Kings values.

Our purpose-built school faces the Level on the East side, it has a canteen in the basement and two floors of learning rooms, with student accommodation on the second and third floors.

On Oxford Place, the side street connecting Ditchling Road with London Road, we have an Annexe with science labs and an art studio flooded with natural light.

We have recently become part of the INTO family and we are excited by the new opportunities we can offer our students through this partnership.
