Admissions for graduate study
Full admission
If the student has an official English test score satisfying the minimum required score, a full Letter of Admission (LOA) will be requested for the student to start the Kings Premium Universities graduate program.

Conditional admission
If the student does not have any official English test score or a score below the minimum required score, a Conditional Letter of Admission (CLA) will be requested. The student will then complete the Kings GO: Prepared program before starting academic studies in the KPU graduate program.

Application process
1. The agent or student submits the complete Kings Application documents to Kings USA Admissions. (Admission deadlines vary by program, please contact Kings Admissions.)
Application Document Checklist
- Completed and signed Kings Application Form
- Payment of Registration Fee
- Proof of English level
- Copies of all University Transcripts and Diploma
- Explanation of any gaps in study for more than 6 months
- Certified translations required if documents are not in English
- Official Transcript Evaluation by a Naces approved service or Kings can add this service to the invoice
- For certain program, completed prerequisite courses are needed
- GRE or GMAT may be required depending on the program for full admission (deferred for CLA).
- Personal Statement and Academic Letters of Recommendation (required letters vary by program)
- Copy of Passport
2. Kings USA Admissions sends confirmation of receipt and forwards application documents to the host university partner.
3. If the application is successful, a Letter of Admission (LOA) or Conditional Letter of Admission (CLA) issued by the host university partner along with the Kings documentation and invoice will be sent to the agent or student by Kings USA Admissions.
4. To accept the offer, the agent or student will submit the required forms and deposit to Kings Admissions.
5. The I-20 is issued and sent directly to the student. The student can then follow the consulate’s instructions regarding the F-1 student visa application process.
6. Instructions will be sent by Kings Admissions for the documents needed before the student's first day (immunization records, housing application and orientation form depending on location). Students must bring original certified copies of transcripts and diploma to school.
7. Student or agent provides the student's flight details.
Full fees of the GO: Prepared program invoice will be due 30 days prior to the start date.
Full fees of the GO: Graduate program invoice will be due by the date indicated on the invoice.
