Kings reserves the right to change prices, to cancel or change courses and to amend timetables at any time prior to enrollment and to make additions or amendments to these terms and conditions by giving one month’s written notice to all affected parties.
Payment for your first two semesters’ fees is due prior to the start of the graduate program. Payments by semester are not allowed. Following the completion of your first two semesters in the program, payment for your remaining semesters is due prior to beginning semester three.
You will not be allowed to attend classes if fees are still outstanding. You will be required to leave the program if you are not able to produce payment or proof of payment by the time the semester begins.
All fees are paid to Kings Education and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Bank charges for both sending and receiving banks are payable by the sender. Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 2% for Visa and MasterCard, AMEX 3.5%.
The deposit payment shall be applied to the first semester of the program.
If you cancel prior to arrival in the country, all paid tuition and accommodation fees will be refunded, less any actual costs incurred (airport transfer, courier fee). The enrollment fee and deposit payment are non-refundable except with documented proof of a visa denial.
If you cancel prior to the start of the program but after entering the country, all paid tuition and accommodation fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to withdraw from the GO program after starting the program, all tuition and fees are non-refundable.
Students that pay for and enroll in the Graduate Success Program (GSP) will receive at least one OPT job offer following the successful completion the program. Students in a STEM field will receive OPT placement within 3 months of graduation. The mandatory student requirements of eligibility for this guarantee benefit are listed in the Graduate Student Success Program Factsheet.
University of Wisconsin-Stout and/or Kings reserves the right to determine the best study plan for any student and to exclude from class any student who, for reasons of performance or ability, is not qualified to enter or remain in that class.
Students are accepted in good faith into the program on the basis that the certification they provide meets the admissions criteria. If, however, the results from assessments upon arrival indicate that a student’s level of English or academic proficiency is significantly different than the one claimed and is lower than the one required for their program, then the student will be formally advised of the results and of applicable options. A change in study plan may involve additional time and cost with regard to tuition and accommodation fees.
A student, either individually or through his/her representative, who has submitted any documentation or certification to meet the admissions criteria which is later found to have been falsified is subject to immediate expulsion from the program.
If your work, attendance, or conduct is unsatisfactory you will be subject to the UW-Stout and/or Kings disciplinary procedures. These procedures may lead ultimately to suspension or expulsion. Travel and other costs incurred as a result of suspension or expulsion must be met by the student or student’s guardian. Attendance is compulsory for all students and is a condition of a US student visa.

All students will be automatically enrolled in a U.S. based medical insurance upon arrival.
Kings Education periodically uses electronic and traditional media for publicity or educational purposes. In signing these Terms & Conditions, permission is given to Kings and its agents to use the student’s image (photographs and/or video) and personal educational records for use in Kings publications, including, but not limited to, videos, emails, recruiting brochures, newsletters, and magazines, and to use the student’s image in electronic versions of the same publications or on the Kings website or other electronic forms of media.
This permission may be revoked at any time upon providing written notice to Kings. Until such revocation is made, this consent shall remain in effect with the student’s educational records and image continuing to be available to Kings for use in publications. The right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future is also hereby waived.
The typical academic term includes a number of holiday breaks.

Kings will not be liable under any circumstances for any failure to provide any services whatsoever if that failure is caused directly or indirectly by actions or circumstances beyond Kings’ control. Students hereby voluntarily release, hold harmless and agree to indemnify Kings, its agents, officers, employees, successors and assigns from any liability resulting from any claims, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, including attorney’s fees, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature, including, but not limited to, a claim of Kings’ negligence, resulting from any damage, loss, personal injury, disability, medical expenses, property damage or theft, arising from or out of the student's attendance or participation in the Kings program.
At the time of application, students are requested to sign a release form authorizing Kings and UW-Stout to share information about the student with designated officials and/or
representatives of the University. It is part of the unique nature of the program that Kings provides constant feedback about academic performance and/or financial issues to individuals involved in the student’s success.
In any dispute arising out of this contract, the parties expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the US federal and state courts having jurisdiction in the matter in question.

To confirm your place in the program, you must:
Submit a non-refundable deposit payment and
Agree to these Terms and Conditions by signing the enrollment agreement.
Once the deposit payment and signed agreement are received, all relevant visa documentation will be sent to the requested address, including the I-20, provided that you have submitted proof of financial solvency and met all financial requirements.
Payment for the first academic year (two semesters) is due 30 days prior to the first day of your first semester. Payment by semester is not permitted.
Subsequent semesters: Fees for the following academic year must be paid in full prior to the start of that year.
Students will not be allowed to attend classes if fees remain outstanding and may be required to leave the program if full payment is not made.
All fees are paid to Kings Education and may be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Bank charges for both sending and receiving banks are payable by the sender.
Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 2% (Visa/MasterCard) and 3.5% (AMEX).
The deposit payment will be applied toward the first semester’s tuition.
Students remain responsible for all outstanding balances. Kings reserves the right to withhold services, documentation, transcripts, or progression until full payment is received. Outstanding debts may be referred to collections at the student’s expense.
Prior to arrival in the U.S.: All paid tuition and accommodation fees will be refunded, less any actual costs incurred (airport transfer, courier fees). The enrollment fee and deposit are non-refundable except in cases of documented visa denial.
After entering the U.S. but prior to program start: All paid tuition, and housing and fees are non-refundable.
All tuition and fees are non-refundable.
If a graduate student elects to live in residence, no refund will be issued for withdrawal from housing once the semester has begun.
Beginning with semester three and onward:
Refunds are made to the original fee-payer, minus bank charges.
Refunds will be issued within 45 days of written notice of cancellation/withdrawal.
If enrollment was arranged through an agency, refunds will be processed through the agency. Kings is not responsible for promises or representations made by agents that contradict these Terms and Conditions.
All refunds are calculated using published tuition and housing rates; discounts, promotions, or scholarships are not applied to refunds.
Non-refundable fees may include (depending on timing and reason): deposit payment, courier fee, application/registration fee, airport transfer, tuition, and accommodation.
No refunds are given for late arrivals or missed classes.
Requests to defer program start dates must be submitted in writing. Approval is subject to space availability, visa requirements, and payment of applicable deferral or administrative fees. Additional fees or documentation may be required to successfully defer admission, including the submission of a new application. Fees already paid will be applied to the deferred intake but are non-refundable.
Graduate students must maintain satisfactory academic progress in accordance with Tennessee Tech Graduate School policies, including maintaining the minimum GPA required by the University.
Tennessee Tech and/or Kings reserves the right to determine the most appropriate study plan for students.
Students may be excluded from classes if performance or ability is insufficient.
If initial assessments indicate that a student’s English or academic level is significantly below the claimed level, Kings may require additional time or coursework at the student’s expense.
A student, either individually or through his/her representative, who has submitted any documentation or certification to meet the admissions criteria which is later found to have been falsified is subject to immediate expulsion from the program.
Graduate students must meet all academic, attendance, and financial obligations in order to complete the program. Kings and Tennessee Tech reserve the right to withhold transcripts, certificates, or other documentation until all obligations are satisfied.

Students are expected to use Kings and Tennessee Tech technology platforms responsibly. Misuse of IT systems—including but not limited to unauthorized access, harassment, or distribution of inappropriate material—may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion.
Students must comply with all U.S. federal, state, and local laws, as well as Tennessee Tech University policies. Violations, including drug/alcohol violations, may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Residential accommodation is optional but available upon request. Students who choose university housing must follow all residential policies provided by Tennessee Tech. See the Tennessee Tech Residential Life housing policy for on-campus accommodation policies and procedures.
Housing assignments are confirmed only after full payment is received. Placement is based on factors such as arrival date and age.
Students living on campus are required to purchase a university meal plan in accordance with Tennessee Tech policy.
Students must follow all housing policies provided upon arrival.
Students arriving outside the designated check-in windows or start dates may need to arrange temporary accommodation and/or will be required to book an airport transfer at their own expense.
All residences are non-smoking, and students are responsible for damages. Shared facilities may incur joint liability.
Graduate students must comply with all Tennessee Tech health requirements, including mandatory immunizations and submission of medical documentation prior to arrival. Students are responsible for reviewing the most up-to-date requirements posted by Tennessee Tech Health Services and ensuring all documentation is submitted as required.
Failure to comply may delay or prevent enrollment.

By participating in this program, you accept these Terms and Conditions, and grant Kings and its agents permission to use your image (photographs, video) and educational records for promotional or educational purposes, including brochures, newsletters, videos, and websites.

Until revoked, Kings retains the right to use materials already produced.
Students waive the right to inspect or approve final materials.

Kings is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including (but not limited to) war, riot, industrial disputes, terrorism, government mandate, natural disaster, storm, flood, epidemic, or pandemic. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Kings will not be responsible for any costs incurred by or on behalf of the student as a result of any such case.

Any damage caused by a student to University property or to a residence, whether intentional or not, will be charged to the student or students responsible. Students in residential accommodation are jointly liable for shared facilities and Kings reserves the right to recover costs for damage and exceptional cleaning at any time.

The student or guardian (if under 18) grants authorization and consent to Kings and Tennessee Tech to administer general first aid treatment for any minor injuries or illnesses experienced by the student. If the injury or illness is life threatening or in need of emergency treatment, Kings is authorized to summon any and all professional emergency personnel to attend, transport, and treat the student and to issue consent for any X-ray, anesthetic, blood transfusion, medication, or other medical diagnosis, treatment, or hospital care deemed advisable by, and to be rendered under the general supervision of, any licensed physician, surgeon, dentist, hospital, or other medical professional or institution duly licensed to practice in the state in which such treatment is to occur. The student or guardian agrees to assume financial responsibility for all expenses of such care. Once medical/hospital treatment is completed, the student may be released back to Kings. The student or guardian (if under 18) agrees to allow Kings and Tennessee Tech to contact and speak with the student's physician/dentist.
If you feel contrary to this, please advise us in writing, so that we may keep a copy of this in the student's file and we therefore act accordingly. Students will be required to provide medical history documentation prior to arrival in the US.
Students may participate in off-site activities and excursions organized by Kings, Tennessee Tech, or third parties. Participation is voluntary, and Kings/Tennessee Tech accept no liability for injuries, loss, or damages incurred.
Kings and Tennessee Tech do not guarantee employment, internships, assistantships (GA/RA/TA) or work authorization in the United States. Students are solely responsible for complying with all U.S. immigration and employment regulations, including those governing CPT, OPT, and on-campus employment.
In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions of these Terms and Conditions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
