The role

As Regional Manager, Europe, you will be responsible for student recruitment from designated European markets and potentially other territories as required. You will drive new business, maintain and expand partnerships with trusted education agents, and represent Kings at key international events. Reporting to the Business Development Director for Europe / CIS / Asia, your work will directly influence the growth trajectory of Kings English and Kings Young Learners.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced international education professional with a passion for working across cultures, delivering against ambitious KPIs, and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Key accountabilities

  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with education agents and recruitment partners
  • Meet and exceed agreed annual recruitment targets
  • Train and support agents to ensure comprehensive knowledge of Kings’ offerings
  • Identify, plan, and attend relevant student fairs and industry workshops
  • Develop and implement tailored market strategies and promotions
  • Provide regular market intelligence and competitor insights
  • Coordinate closely with Kings’ admissions, marketing and operational teams
  • Act as a key point of contact between agents and the wider Kings organisation
  • Travel extensively across the region to maintain and grow market presence
  • Ensure excellent customer service and partner support at every stage of the recruitment journey
  • Represent Kings at global education events and support cross-market initiatives where needed

Your profile

  • Fluent in English and at least two additional European languages
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in international education, student recruitment and agent relations
  • Strong knowledge of the EFL and Young Learner sectors
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Confident and proactive self-starter with a strategic mindset
  • Proven ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively with international teams
  • Highly organised, data-driven and target-focused
  • Skilled in navigating fast-moving, multicultural environments
  • Culturally aware and sensitive to regional differences
