Admissions and fees

The Application Process

1. The agent or student submits a completed Kings Application Form, Application Fee payment, certified academic transcripts, graduation certificate, and proof of English language level to Kings USA Admissions.

If the student has a certified minimum required TOEFL iBT score1:

2. The agent or student submits a letter of recommendation, personal statement, and additional documents along with this Application Form.

3. Kings USA Admissions sends confirmation of receipt and forwards application documents to the host university partner.

4. If the application is successful, a Letter of Admission (LOA) and a formal invoice will be issued by the host university partner and will be sent to the agent or student by Kings USA Admissions.

5. The agent or student accepts the offer and pays the deposit directly to Kings.

6. Kings USA Admissions requests proof of funds/ sponsorship information.

7. Once funds are either proven or paid, the host university issues an I-20 and sends directly to the agent or student.

8. Upon acceptance, students will be required to submit original copies of the documents mentioned in (1), including supplemental forms.

If the application is successful but the student has a TOEFL iBT which is lower than the required score:

2. Conditional Letter of Admission (CLA) is issued by the host university, with the condition that the student successfully completes the University Preparation Program (UPP) level four.

3. This CLA is forwarded to the agent by Kings USA Admissions, together with an estimate of total fees and an invoice for the pre-sessional University Preparation Program.

4. The agent or student accepts the offer and pays the deposit directly to Kings.

5. Kings USA Admissions requests proof of funds/ sponsorship information.

6. On receipt of these documents and proof of funds, the host university issues the I-20 directly to the agent or student.

7. Once the student successfully completes the University Preparation Program (UPP) level four, the host university requests proof of funds in order to issue a new I-20.

8. Upon acceptance, students will be required to submit original copies of the above documents, including supplemental forms.
