The Application Process

1. The agent or student submits a completed Kings Graduate Pathways Application Form, Application Fee payment, certified bachelor's degree transcripts, credential evaluation of bachelor's degree transcripts, graduation certificate, and proof of English language level to Kings USA Admissions.

If the student has a certified minimum required TOEFL iBT score1:

2. The agent or student submits a letter of recommendation, personal statement, and additional documents along with this Application Form.

3. Kings USA Admissions sends confirmation of receipt and forwards application documents to the host university partner.

4. If the application is successful, a Letter of Admission (LOA) will be issued by the host university partner and will be sent to the agent or student by Kings USA Admissions.

5. The agent or student accepts the offer and pays the deposit directly to Kings.

6. Kings USA Admissions requests proof of funds/ sponsorship information.

7. Once funds are either proven or paid, the host university issues an I-20 and sends directly to the agent or student.

8. Prior to the start of the master's degree, Kings USA Admissions will send the invoice from the host university. Payment is required one month prior to the start of the master's degree.

9. Upon enrollment and arrival, students will be required to submit original copies of transcripts and degree certificate.

If the application is successful but the student has a TOEFL iBT which is lower than the required score:

2. Conditional Letter of Admission (CLA) is issued by the host university, with the condition that the student successfully completes the Graduate Preparation Program (GPP).

3. This CLA is forwarded to the agent by Kings USA Admissions, with an invoice for the pre-sessional Graduate Preparation Program.

4. The agent or student accepts the offer and pays the deposit directly to Kings.

5. Kings USA Admissions requests proof of funds/ sponsorship information.

6. On receipt of these documents and proof of funds, Kings USA Admissions issues the pre-sessional GPP I-20 directly to the agent or student.

7. Once the student successfully completes the Graduate Preparation Program (GPP), the host university requests a new proof of funds in order to issue a new I-20 for the master's degree.

8. Prior to the start of the master's degree, Kings admissions will send the invoice from the host university. Payment is required one month prior to the start of the master's degree.

9. Upon enrollment and arrival, students will be required to submit original copies of transcripts and degree certificate, including remaining supplemental forms, as listed in item (1) above.

Please note: All documents must be submitted in English.

  • 80 for New York (Concordia College)
  • 80 for New Jersey (Rider University)

All the documents below are required for students applying for the Graduate Preparation Program for 1 to 6 terms.

At/before Orientation:

  • Completed Kings application form
  • Application fee
  • Bachelor's degree transcripts
  • Credential evaluation of bachelor's degree transcripts
  • Graduation certificate
  • Personal statement
  • Recommendation letter

Post-Acceptance:

  • Health and immunization form
  • Housing application

Required for I-20 issuance:

  • Deposit
  • Reservation agreement
  • Certificate of finances and bank statement
  • Passport copy
