Wavy Gate premium student residence

Our brand new premium residence features spacious single, en suite bedrooms in a contemporary building. It is located right in the heart of Oxford’s vibrant student quarter, with many cafes, bars and restaurants all in the neighbourhood, and a supermarket just 2 minutes’ walk away. There are on-site kitchen and laundry facilities, plus a live-in warden. The residence is a 15-minute walk from both St. Michaels and St. Josephs campuses. 

Please note: Year round this residence is for students who are studying with us on academic and Intensive English courses of 24 weeks or more and who are over 17 years old.

During summer, Wavy Gate is available to all students as long as they are over 16 years old.

Wyville Court Student Houses

These student houses are located just off a main road close to the city centre of Oxford; the ideal location makes for a pleasant walk to our St. Michaels campus. 

Please note: St. Josephs students will generally not be placed in Wyville Court as it is more than a 30-minute walk from the college.

Student houses

Our student houses in Oxford provide all the comforts of a traditional home plus the excitement of independent living. They are located in safe, friendly neighbourhoods, close to shops and transport links, a short bus ride from the College (up to 30 minutes) and offer spacious single bedrooms and communal living and dining areas. Student houses are available for bookings of 12 weeks or more.

Crescent Hall summer residence

Crescent Hall is available to Kings students between 25 June and 13 August 2017.

Crescent Hall offers modern accommodation with excellent facilities. It is less than two minutes' walk from our St. Josephs campus and 20–25 minutes by bus from our St. Michaels campus. Single rooms are grouped in self-contained apartments of 6 study bedrooms, each with 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms and a telephone.

Homestay Half-board

Our homestays are all very carefully selected and regularly inspected by our experienced Accommodation Officers.

We have strong, long-term relationships with many local hosts including working families, couples, single people and retired people. All our hosts offer a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation. 

Included in the price:

  • Single rooms year-round. Twins are available during the summer period
  • Breakfast and dinner (pre-paid lunch also available Monday–Friday, supplement applies)
  • Fully furnished room
  • Bed linen provided
  • Internet usage
  • One laundry wash per week
  • Average location from college: Up to 30 minutes' walk or short bus ride.

Please note:

  • Accommodation is available from Sunday to Sunday
  • Bedding is provided but you should bring your own towels.

Curfews for students under 18

Students under 18 must be back at their accommodation (residence or homestay) by designated times each evening.

The following curfews apply:

  • Students aged between 16 - 17: 10.30pm
  • Students aged between 14 - 15: 9.30pm
